A new section of the Parley's Trail opened today! This is a paved parkway trail, that in the future will connect the Bonneville Shoreline trail, by the mouth of Parley's Canyon; down 8 miles to the Jordan River Parkway.Phase III is open to the public today! The new section joins is a beautiful stretch, running on the north side of Tanner Park.
You can access the trail at Tanner Park, 2695 E. 2760 South (Heritage Way), SLC, Utah. Take the 2300 E. exit on I-80, then turn left at the next street. The park is at the top of the street.
2011 PROJECTS:
Include construction along the south perimeter of Sugarhouse Park. And work will begin on "THE DRAW;" which will connect Sugarhouse Park to Hidden Hollow.
